Here's a few of the best free websites to add Twitter friends quickly. Now, you don't want to follow anyone and everyone, cause that makes you look desperate. Here's a cool application that will help you find related Twitter friends to follow and add as friends.

To find more people like you on Twitter give the app, Twits Like Me a try. This one will analyze your friends list and find others who share your interests.
