A great way to get your site indexed in Google and improve your traffic is to:

1. Sign up with this forum right here.
2. Go to your email and click the register link
3. Go to User CP in the upper left corner of the forum
4. Click Edit Signature from the top left hand side.
5. Add your websites URL to your signature.
6. Start posting in the forum
7. Each time you make a post your website will show up in your signature at the bottom.
8. Promote your site in the 'Promote Your Business' section for more exposure.

Well, in general, you should:

1. Build backlinks
2. Submit toe directories like Dmoz
3. Publish articles on your site about your topic and submit the article links to various website

4. If your site is a tutorial site, write tutorials and submit

5. Create unique content that has a twist so people will link to it.
