Default Is Yahoo Buzz the Next Digg Clone?

Have you heard of Yahoo Buzz yet? In line with the popular Digg bookmarking site, Yahoo Buzz looks set to take up
where Digg left off by giving users a chance to submit their favorite links to the community.

With Yahoo! Buzz the most popular stories that are submitted rise to the top and may even appear on the Yahoo homepage.
It's all determined by user popularity, making your submitted story have an appropriate Buzz score.

Your Buzz score is based around the votes it receives, amount of searches, how many times it's emailed and a few
hidden parameters. If your story has the Buzz it's a sure thing that you'll get plenty of website exposure, visitor traffic
and notoriety.

Try out Yahoo Buzz at:

Yahoo! Buzz

Oh yeah, Yahoo Buzz is also great to use to find out what's hot and what people are searching for at any given time.
Check out the buzz log, or search by keyword to see what turns up...

So what do you think, will Yahoo Buzz be the next Digg Clone to make it big?

Default yahoo buzz the next digg

Not sure if Yahoo Buzz will be the next Digg or not. I hope it will be much better than Digg because of the negativity found over there. It will be interesting to watch how it turns out becuase from what I hear many people are upset with digg users these days.

I think Digg users have been allowed to roam without being moderated for too long. Many form groups to promote each others posts, while many good posts get buried because large digg groups get together to bury stories.

Hopefully, Yahoo Buzz can find a more democratic way to get good stories to the top. Not just ones self promoted by a well organized group of whiners...
