Are you posting on Twitter? It's one of the newer social networking sites that let's you broadcast what you're doing in real time. Twitter's gotten so popular it's even being used to post news to Wikipedia.

You can use Twitter to post to the service from your cell phone by text message or instant message. Twitter allows you to post directly to your blog or vice versa. If you’ve got a Wordpress blog, here’s a link to the best Wordpress Twitter Plugins for your blog.
