This James Ray video is great. It's all about how to be an entrepreneur, and how to have the right mindset. You might have seen him on Larry King or Oprah, plus he was interviewed in The Secret.

The James Ray video is 15 minutes long, but totally worth your time. I wish I could say which part to listen to, but it's all really good.

James Ray explains why a guy who's

• not as good looking as you
• dumber than you
• less educated
• not as professional
• not as creative

can be making more money than you!

Then he talks about being enthusiastic about what you do. Not just enthusiastic, but enthusiastic. Ok, so I may not be able to explain it very well, so just watch the video.

He's pretty funny, so if he's ever around, I'd like to see him.

This guy is great...He's like the comedian of mindset. What he says is so true though. If you don't have the right mindset it doesn't matter how smart you are or what skills you have. It's all about mindset.

It's not what you do that determines your success it's how you do it and it all begins with your mindset.

I like the part when he talks about how people don't pay for the product, they pay for the experience. Paying $30 for a shoeshine is a good example of how being different, standing out and having the right enthusiasm can make a huge difference in your business.

You're totally right NoTrouble. Talk about taking pride in yourself and what you do. If a shoeshiner can carry himself in the way James Ray described it, it sure is a wake up call for me.
