Great stuff by Brian Tracy, really drives home the idea that you shouldn't be afraid of failure. Instead take action as many times as necessary, knowing that the more potential times you attempt something the greater your chances for success.
Many times the reasons for fear of failure are trivial in comparison to the payoff you receive by completing the task.

Unfortunately like what he mentioned at the start of the video - too many people are disabled by their fear, instead of failure. In fact, if you think about it, fears became greater as you age (if you do not deal with it), and we were all so much more fearless when we were babies - like learning how to walk and all.

FEAR is
A friend once told me:
FEAR is: False Evidence Appearing Real Pretty cool. It seems like we create so much of our own "evidence" by basing our opinion on our own interpretations... and speaking for myself here, it's mostly false  I find when I jump to conclusions, I end up being wrong. And it's a good think babies don't know fear - otherwise we'd all still be held by our mamas and crawling around on our stomachs!
