Default FTC Affiliate Guidelines

Hey Matt...or anyone else.

I have been reading about the new guidelines that the FTC has set forth about testimonials and endorsements, but it is hard for to make heads or tails of it that have to do with affiliate marketing and links. I have text links on my blog that go to affiliate products that I promote. Do I have to have a disclaimer stating that I will receive financial return for purchases? They really aren't endorsements or testimonials. Do you think these warrent a disclaimer?
