If you're a college student, we'll pay you monthly to rent us your student ".edu" web space.

The facts: We pay you $100/month via PayPal. You rent us your student web space.

You: You must be a college student with an active and usable student web space. Your chances increase if you're from a high-profile university (read: more prominent on search engines); your chances further increase if you are a freshman or sophmore (i.e. your web space will be valid for more time).

Why: If you're familiar with search engine rankings, you'll know that links from .edu domains are weighed more heavily than others, as they are considered more reliable and authoritative sources. If you are an online business, this is the most effective way to quickly legitimize your web site and raise your ranking. If you are in the Search Engine Optimization field, putting business content and links on .edu domains is an effiecient way to achieve results for your clients.

Specifics: We are paying you a generous monthly fee so that you stay with us, since much of the value in these pages comes from the increase in their ranking that comes with time. Nothing is required of you other than informing us of any possible changes in the username/password used to access the web space. For link diversity, we need only one student web space per .edu domain (i.e. one per university). The content put up on your page will be entirely professional and will be in the form of a blog; as such, it will in no way violate the terms of your web space agreement (against pornography, illicit materials, explicit content, etc).
