Twitter Promotion
From the few days I've spent on Twitter looking around I'd say the key to successful Twitter promotions is to build your own Twitter followers yourself. You can do this by adding the Twitter button (widget) to your blog or webpage.
It seems like Twitter would be great for companies to use for updates on what they are doing and as a way to put a real face on your business. So you'll need to first get your customers signed up for Twitter, and in turn they will attract like minded people to you.
