Getting traffc rom Twitter seems like a good idea...From what I can tell it is best to start your Twitter page, get it goingwith some content, then add and promote your own Twitter button.
It seems like most of the people with a lot of followers do not follow many convrsations themselves. So I guess the guy rambling on about how he's listening to a new song every three minutes probably won't get far.
